A site manager doesn’t need to hold a black card qualification; however, the industry is changing, and more and more companies are making this a requirement. You must complete a Site Manager NVQ Level 6 Diploma to obtain your Black Card. NVQs are worked based qualifications and can be achieved without taking time away from your place of work.
