How to apply through an NVQ?

Individuals who complete a Construction Managerial NVQ at Level 6 or 7 can become Members of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).

If you have completed a Level 6 NVQ, you are able to apply to membership through the “Full Professional Review”. Applicants must provide an experience and competency report, as well as supporting paperwork such as a CV, organisational chart, and CPD information.

If you have obtained a Level 7 NVQ (Masters degree level) are eligible to apply for Membership via the ‘Shortened Review’ path, which is a faster route. This process consists of a brief application form concentrating on your ethics and professional judgement.

What Our Clients Say

“In order to gain MCIOB you need a lot of things, like great knowledge, understanding, wisdom, empathy, decisiveness, entrepreneurial skill, but what you did not know is that you need a Paul Judge. I would highly recommend anyone considering an application to Chartership, to contact Paul and his company Endeavour.”Cliff Rawlinson MCIOB
