NVQ Level 7 Process
- Your allocated assessor will ‘profile you’ to check suitability for the course.
- Enrolment process agreed and signed up to.
- NVQ journey (assessment dates) planned and agreed with assessor.
- Assessments and observations carried out by assessor.
- The candidate will then upload their evidence and supporting statements to demonstrate competence.
- Once the assessments have been ‘signed off’, the portfolio is then quality checked by the ‘IQA’ and Awarding Body.
- The ‘certificate’ will be applied for and the NVQ process is then complete.
Course Content
There are 6 ‘Mandatory Units’ in this qualification. You need to complete ALL of these, as well as Further units, which have a minimum credit value of 62 to achieve this qualification, from a possible 13 ‘Optional Units’.

Evaluate Sustainable Resources and Requirement for the Whole Lifecycle of a Construction Management.
Unit 11:
Establish Project Procurement Arrangements in Construction Management.
Unit 12:
Implement, Monitor and Control Strategic Procurement Systems in Construction Management.

Unit 14:
